ViSaGe makes it simple to display calibrated visual stimuli on a CRT-based computer monitor with precision timing, and provides a robust and reliable mechanism to synchronise the stimulus presentation with external data collection equipment, including button boxes or eye trackers, motion trackers, electrophysiological amplifiers, and MRI scanners. It is the ideal choice for cognitive, psychophysical, and neurophysiological investigations of vision and the brain.

Bits# converts an ordinary computer or laptop into a high dynamic range, calibrated visual stimulator and frame-synchronous data acquisition system, compatible with PsychToolbox-3 (MATLAB), PsychoPy (Python) and now Psykinematix for Mac OS X.
Cambridge Research Systems has stocks of CRT displays, which are available to buy exclusively when ordered with a Bits# Stimulus Processor or ViSaGe Visual Stimulus Generator. The Mitsubushi Diamond Pro 2070 is an example of the type of CRT display we can offer, and is suitable for psychophysics and visual neuroscience. Various similar models are available.
The DepthQ® 360 is a greyscale DLP projector that outputs luminance frames at 360Hz. Developed in collaboration with scientists at HHMI Janelia Farm, this novel display solution was engineered specifically for rendering high temporal and spatial resolution images for vision research. Use it with ViSaGe, or Bits# and Psychtoolbox for wide field of view visual neurophysiology studies or combine with FE-1 goggles to create immersive, stereoscopic environments.
